Abstract：Topreliminarilyexploretheeffectsof dietary supplementationwith Cetobacteriumproductsonthegrowth performance indicators，liver healthandgut microbiotaof pond cultured bigheadcarp（Aristichthys nobilis），bigheadcarp wererandomlydividedintocontroland Cetobacteriumproductssupplemented treatments，anda8-weeks trial wascaried out.The results showed that dietary supplementation with O.2 kg* t-1 Cetobacterium products significantly increased the carcassratioof bigheadcarp，whilesignificantlydecreasedtheviscerosomatic，hepatosomaticandintestinosomatic indexes，andalso significantly enhanced theactivitiesof intestinal lipaseandcellulose，andreduced hepatic lipid deposition.Inadition，feedingCetobacteriumproductssignificantlyincreasedtheabundanceofbeneficialbacteriaatboth phylumand genus levels in thegut，andaltered thecompositionand structureof gut microbiota in bigheadcarp.Above results idicated that Cetobacterium products could improve thegrowth performance，enhance digestiveenzyme activities， promote liver health，and optimize the gut microbiota structure of bighead carp.
