Abstract：Agriculturalscienceand technology service serves asa vital link in transforming agricultural science and technological achievements into tangible productive forces.Talent team isacrucial resource fordelivering the service.Science and technology commissoners and grassrots agricultural technology extension personnel are2 key forces in theagricultural scienceand technologyservice system.Their colaborativecooperation is crucial for acceleratingthe transformation of agriculturalscientificand technological achievementsand improving thequality and ffctiveness ofagricultural technologyservices.This paper indicated thatbarriers tocollaboration existbetween the two entities inareas such as institutional mechanisms，performance evaluation and incentive systems，resource integration，and capabilityalignment.These barriersconstrained theholisticeffectivenessof theagricultural science and technology innovation system.Based on above analysis，this paper proposed targeted implementation pathways， including innovating institutional mechanisms，optimizing resourcealocation，strengthening capacitybuilding，and improving thepolicysupportsystem.The aim was toadduceboththeoreticaland practical supportfor thehigh-quality development of agriculture.
