【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of self-control on sleep quality among collge students, as well as the mediating roles of mindfulnessand bedtime procrastination.MethodsA total of 224 collge students were surveyed using the Collge Student Self-Control Scale,the Bedtime Procrastination Scale,the Mindfulness Scale and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale,and SPSS24.O was used fordata analysis.ResultsSelfcontrol of college students ispositively correlated with sleep quality (r=0.46, P <0.05),negativelycorrelated with bedtime procrastination( r=⋅ -0.13,P
