Abstract：To introduce the clinical experience of Director CHEN Dingjia in treating knee bi disease.Director CHENDingjiabelieves thatknee osteoarthritis belongs tothecategoryof knee bi disease intraditional Chinese medicine. Thethreepathogens of wind，cold，anddampnessare thekeyfactors inthe onsetofknee bidisease，andthe climate in southernFujian is humidand hotallyearround.The pathogens of wind，cold，dampness，and heatinvadethe knee atthe same time，ultimatelyleading to knee bi disease.Knee bi is locatedinthe kneeandis closelyrelated toorgans such asthe liver，spleen，and kidneys.The clinical practice focuses ontheoveralldiferentiationof syndromes，local external treatment，and manipulation'of tendons，using methods such asoral medication，fumigation，point application，and manipulation of tendons for treatment.
