Abstract：The incidence of shoulder pain in female perimenopausal period is characterized bydeficiency in origin and excess insuperficiality.Thedeclineof yangming meridian is itsprerequisite；the insuficiencyof essence bloodof theliverand kidney isthedisease origin，andtheexternalcontractionof pathogenicfactors isthedisease superficiality. In the syndrome diferentiation and treatment of female perimenopausal shoulder pain from the decline of yangming meridian，the treatment principle is tounblock and supplement yangming meridian，taking into account supplementing and boosting the liver and kidney，and in terms of treatment method，the combination of acupuncture and Chinese medicinals is attached great importance.
