Experience of YAN Xingmao Using Modified Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction in Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Palpitation After Novel Coronavirus Infection

Abstract：Palpitation is a common symptom after novel coronavirus infection（COVID-19）.Chief physician YAN Xingmaobelieves thatthecore pathogenesis ofpalpitationafterCOVID-19 is the triple-yang combination of diseases， that is，thecoexistence of the taiyang exteriorsyndrome，the shaoyang half-exteriorhalf-interior syndrome，and the yangming interior syndrome.In clinical practice，syndrome diferentiation should start with the theoryof triple-yang combinationof diseases，and the treatment should focusonthetriple-yang simultaneously.The main treatment methods should aim to relieve the taiyang exterior，harmonize shaoyang pivot，and clear the yangming interior.Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction should be modified according to the changes in syndrome or symptoms，thus，significant clinical effects can be achieved.
