Abstract：Thisarticle introduces Profesor LI Kunyin's clinical experience in the syndrome diferentiation and treatmentof premature ovarian insufficiency.Professor LI Kunyin believes that the basicpathogenesisof premature ovarianinsuficiencyis the kidney essencedepletionaswellasthestasisobstructioninthe thoroughfare veseland conception vessel，accompanied with the liver depression and spleen deficiency，with deficiencyas the root and stasis as the branch of thedisease.In terms of treatment，itisadvocated to focus onsupplementing the kidney and replenishing essence，assisted by invigorating blood and dissolving stasis，and supplemented bysoothing the liverand strengthening the spleen.The treatment with bothatackand supplementationcan treattherootand branchofthedisease simultaneously，achieving theeffectof removing blood stasisand generating newvitality.In clinical practice， psychological counselingand lifestyle adjustment for patients should also beconsideredand beter results can be achieved.
