温胆汤内涵及临床运用探析

Exploration and Analysis of Intonation of Wendan Decoction and Its Clinical Application

Abstract：The earliest records of Wendan Decoction dates back to Ji Yan Fang（Proved Recipes Collection），and the original prescription can be seenin Wai Tai MiYao（Arcane Essentials from the Imperial）.Wendan Decoction runs along history aftercontinuous development.The theoretical studyand clinical applicationof Wendan Decoction in ProvedRecipes Colection and San Yin JiYiBing Zheng FangLun（Treatiseon Three Categoriesof Pathogenic Factors）were analyzedand sorted after reading the ancient documents in Chinese Medical Classics（Version 5.0）.It found that harmonization is warming in whole recipe of Wendan Decoction，which can both simultaneouslytreat the gallbladder and stomach，transport pivot movement，disperse pathogens separately and discharge，and dispel pathogenand clam the healthyqi.In clinical cases，focus can be paid to resolve phlegm，calm the mind，clear heat and dissolve blood stasisbased on the maximum executionof effectof Wendan Decoctionand syndrome differentiation， and it should beextensivelyapplied forvarious internal diseases，including insomnia，palpitation，andseasonal febrile diseases.
