Abstract： Shanxi Provincial Institute of Archaeology and Changzhi Cultural Relics Protection and Research Center jointly excavated a family cemetery of the early Ming Dynasty in High-tech District， Changzhi from June to July 2O21.There were three brick chamber mural tombs and a Mingtang （ancestral hall excavated，and 64 items of burial objects unearthed.Most importantly，the Mingtang should have a corresponding relationships with the "Hou Mingtang" niche in the north wall of M2 and the“Gate of Mingtang”in the north wall of M3.The excavation of this family cemetery provides new materials for the study of the early Ming funeral system.
