Abstract： In the year of 2O21，Shanxi Provincial Institute of Archaeology supported by the local cultural relics administration，carred out excavations of some ancient tombs at the construction site of Changrui-Fenzhoufu Residential District Project in Fenyang City.Amongthem，the M13 isan earthen cave tomb and there are burial objects，such as pottery pagoda， potery jars，porcelain bowls， inkstones， wooden combs，and tomb brick with epigraph unearthed.Particularly，the brick with epigraph that recorded the buried date， the Eighth Year of the Yuanyou Reign （A.D.1O93） and two painted pottery pagodas are the most significant findings during this excavation.
