Abstract：This paper mainly introduces the statusofproduction quality management offactoriesforinfants and children. Basedontherequirementsofnationalstandards，itinnovativelyexplorestheestablishmentofaqualitymanagement system suitable forfactoriesoffoodforinfantsandchildrenV-synergyqualityassurance（VSQA）brieflydescribesthecotentand characteristicsofthesstemandintroducestheresultsofpracticalapplicationinthemanagementmodeofexistingfactories andOEMcooperativefactories.Throughpracticaloperation，thesystemhas improvedthequalityoftheinfantfoodindustryas wellastheabilityandqualityoffoodpractitioners，whichsignificantlyenhancedtheoverallperformanceandreducedcosts.
