Abstract：Inordertoimprovethe safetyofelevatoruse，thispaperfocusesontherisksofoldelevatorsdrivenbypermanent magnet synchronousmotors forwithoutelectricalbrakingfunction，andcariesoutanalysisbasedontherequirementsofeing upotherbrakingdevicessuchaselectricalbrakinginthenewversionofTSGTo-22，Regulationfortpetestofifs.The paper mainlyanalyzes how toachieveelectricalbrakingfunctionthrough star sealing technology，fomperspectivesof the development，implementationprinciple，inspectionandusageconditionsofstarsealingtechnologyItexplorestheaplication of“motorstarsealing"technologyinhigh-speedelevatorswhichisofgreat significance forpreventingthedangerof“top collsion” or“falling" caused by sudden attenuation or disappearance of braking force in elevators.
