Abstract:Thispaperproposestheconstructionofanewstandardssystemforfailureoflarge-volumehydrogengasclinders, aiming tofillthe gap instandardsandimprovethesafetymanagementlevelof hydrogen gascylinders.Thisstandards systemncludesmultiple aspects such asdesign,manufacturing,inspection,anduse,coveringfailure modeclasifiation, failure mechanism analysis,failuredetection methods,andfailureassessment standards.Bysystematicallanalyzing the currentstuationandstandardrequirementsoftheindustrythispaperprovidesscientificbasisandpracticalguidanceforthe standardizeddevelopmentofhydrogengascylinders,promotingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthehydrogenenergyindusty.
