Abstract：Atpresent，thestandardscompetition ofglobalpowers andtherealneedsofindustrialscience andtechnology inovationarepromotingthetransformationofthestatusandroleofstandardization.Standardizationhasbeenupgradedfrom atechnicalmethodtoasystematicdiscourseissueatthelevelofnatinalgoveranceanddevelopmentstrategyexpandedfro theoriginalindustrialfieldtothewholeeconomicandsocialfieldBasedontheperspectiveoftransformationandupgrading ofthe statusandroleofstandardizationthispaperanalyzesthemechanismofstandardizationtoenhancetheresilienceand securitylevelofthe industrialchainand supplychain，andputsforwardthe pathfor standardization toplayaleadingrole in supporting the effectiveness.
