Abstract：Inrecent yearsQinghaiprovincehasactivelypromotedtheecologicalcivilizationontheQinghai-TibetanPlateau. Asan indispensablepartofecologicalcivilizationconstruction，theroleofecologicaldatainecologicalandenvironmental businessresearchaswellasenvironmentalprotectiondecisiomakingandmangementiscrucialWiththerapiddevelopent of informationtechnologyecologicalbigdatahasshowngreat potentialinfieldsofscientificresearch，technological development andindustrialaplication.ThispaperanalyzesthecharacteristicsofecologicalbigdataoftheQinghai-Tibetan Plateau.talsoconstructsabusinesstechnology famework forecologicalbigdataoftheQinghai-ibetanPlateau，proposes abusiness technicalstandardssystemforecologicalbigdataoftheplateau，anddescribesthe scopeandthemaincontentof eachlevelofthestandardssystemItprovidestechicalsuppotandreferencefortheresearchdevelopmentanderifcatoof relevant standards.
