Abstract:Inrecent yearsQinghaiprovincehasactivelypromotedtheecologicalcivilizationontheQinghai-TibetanPlateau. Asan indispensablepartofecologicalcivilizationconstruction,theroleofecologicaldatainecologicalandenvironmental businessresearchaswellasenvironmentalprotectiondecisiomakingandmangementiscrucialWiththerapiddevelopent of informationtechnologyecologicalbigdatahasshowngreat potentialinfieldsofscientificresearch,technological development andindustrialaplication.ThispaperanalyzesthecharacteristicsofecologicalbigdataoftheQinghai-Tibetan Plateau.talsoconstructsabusinesstechnology famework forecologicalbigdataoftheQinghai-ibetanPlateau,proposes abusiness technicalstandardssystemforecologicalbigdataoftheplateau,anddescribesthe scopeandthemaincontentof eachlevelofthestandardssystemItprovidestechicalsuppotandreferencefortheresearchdevelopmentanderifcatoof relevant standards.
