Abstract：Shandong province isoneoftheregions inChinawhere the promotionand industrialization of solar thermal utilizationstartedearlierAsthecoemponentofsolarhemalutilizationtheindustriaclusterofallglassevacuatedsolar collector tubes is alsolocatedin Shandong province.Inorder tounderstandthe qualitystatusofallglass evacuatedsolar collectortubeproductsin Shandongrandomsampling methodwasusedtotesttheproductionenterprisesinthe industrial cluster oftheall-glassevacuatedsolacollectortubeinthe province accrdingtoGB/T7049-205.Thetestingitems were interpeted，andtheindustryoverviewandtesting situationofallglassevacuatedsolacollctortubeproductsin Shandong provinceweresummaized.Byanalyzingthetestingesults，thetestingitemsandthereasonfortheonconformingitemswere analyzed，whichhasapromotingeffectonthehealthydevelopmentoftheall-glassevacuatedsolarcollectortubeindustry.
