Abstract：TheXinjiangProductionandConstructionCorpshasauniqueandimportantpositioninChinaItsspecialsystemhas developmentadvantagesandfaces numerouschallenges.Thisresearchfocuses onthebackgroundofthespecialsystemofthe Corps andconductsanin-depthanalysisofthecurrentstatusoftheconstructionandmanagementofassociatiostandadization within theCorpsItexaminestheproblemsexistinginaspectssuchastheconstructionofsocialorganizations，thequality ofasociationstandardsandthebuildingofatalentteam.Onthisbasisitexploreseffctivetrategiesforstrengtheningthe constructionandmanagementofassociationstandardsamingtogivefullplaytotheroleofstandardizationthroughreasable approaches，helptheCorpsachievehigh-qualitydevelopment，andfurtherenhancetheCorpscomprehensivecompetiveness andtheabilitytofulfillitsmisson.Itwillayafoundationforthehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheCorpsbyimproving thestandardizedinstitutionalsystemthatiscompatiblewiththespecialsystem，leveragingtheadvantagesofprofessional standardizatioinstitutn，tngtheningthepolicupprtandincetivestemandimprvingtheeffciencyoftanadized management.
