摘 要：目的：探究双环节协同标准化心理护理在手足显微外科断指再植术患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法：以74例外科断指患者作为研究对象并随机分组，对照组患者实施常规护理干预模式，观察组实施双环节协同标准化心理护理。比较两种不同干预模式对患者负面情绪以及并发症发生率的影响。结果：两组患者手术前SAS、SDA评分无差异，干预后，两组患者SAS、SDA评分均有所下降，且观察组低于对照组（P

Application of Double-link Coordinated Standardized Psychological Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Patients Undergoing Replantation of Amputated Fingers in Hand and Foot Microsurgery

Abstract： Objective： To explore the application effect of double-link synergistic standardized psychological nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing replantation of amputated fi ngers in hand and foot microsurgery. Methods： Seventy-four surgical patients with amputated fi ngers were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into twp groups. The control group was given routine nursing intervention mode， and the observation group was given doublelink coordinated standardized psychological nursing. The effect of two different intervention modes on patients’ negative emotions and complication rates were compared.
