摘 要:目的:分析早期2型糖尿病肥胖患者管理应用标准化低热量饮食干预的效果。方法:将84例2型糖尿病肥胖患者随机分为两组各42例,以普通糖尿病饮食干预的为参照组,实施低热量饮食干预的为实验组,两组各干预2个月,对其应用效果进行评价。结果:体质量两组干预前差异不显著(P>0.05),干预后体质量实验组患者低于参照组(P0.05),干预后FBG、PBG、HBAIC指标实验组低于参照组(P

Application of Standardized Low-calorie Dietary Intervention in the Management of Obese Patients with Early Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract: Objective: To analyze the effect of standardized low-calorie diet intervention in the management of obese patients with early type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: Eighty-four obese patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group. The reference group received normal diabetic diet intervention, and the experimental group received low-calorie diet intervention. The application effect of the two groups were evaluated after the intervention for 2 months. Results: Before the intervention, there was no signifi cant difference in body weight between the two groups (P>0.05).
