摘 要：随着我国经济体制改革进程不断深化，金融企业纷纷向新型综合金融模式转变。本文重点分析L金融企业现行综合金融模式下面临的问题及原因，并从综合金融及标准化管理两个方面提出改进策略，为国内金融机构综合金融转型发展提供经验。

Research on the Optimization of L Financial Enterprise’s Comprehensive Financial Model

Abstract： With the deepening of China’s economic reform process， financial enterprises have changed to a new comprehensive fi nancial model. This paper focuses on analyzing the problems and reasons that L fi nancial enterprise is facing under the current comprehensive fi nancial model， and proposes improvement strategies in the two aspects of"comprehensive fi nance" and "standardized management"， so as to provide experience for the comprehensive fi nancial transformation and development of domestic fi nancial institutions.
