Deformation analysis of Composite material T-Stringer forming mold

Abstract: The paper takes the forming mold for composite T-stringer as the research object. Based on the theory of thermo-elasticity, the finite element model (FEM) of the mold is established to simulate and analyze the deformation of the mold inside the autoclave, identifying the weak points in the initial design. Improvements and optimizations to the mold structure are made in terms of force transmission paths, stiffening structure, and mold materials, significantly reducing the deformation of the mold and ensuring the accuracy requirements for composite component forming.
