Abstract：Insittionalizingthedepeningofindustryunversityintegrationwitinntrepreneurialuniversitisattelocallev el is inherentlydriven andexhibitsaigh degreeofconsonance withthe needs of goverment，enterprises，andtheuniversities themselves.However，amidst theinteractionsbetweenteselocallientedentrepreneurialuniverstiesandmultiplestakeolders such as govemment bodies and the market，anuneven distributionofpower andresource allcation among various elements engendersamultitudeofcallngesfortepracticalimplementationofsuchntegationItisimperatietostablishvirtuousinteactive relationship between theseuniversities，goverments，andbusineses byenhancingservicefunctionsandevaluationsystems torefinemacro-leveladministrativesupervision;fosteringcollaborativeframeworks founded onco-constructionand sharedbenefits， therebystimulatingcorporate motivationforpartnership;and efectuatingcomprehensivereforms withinthehighereducation institutionsthatunderpin theestablishmentofenduringcooperativemechanisms，ultimatelyaugmentingtheefficacyof industryacademia synergies.
