Abstract： During the teachingprocess ofthe profesionalcourses formaster'sdegreestudents in engineering management，a five-elementintegatedproessaloreompeteeteof“dealsdbefs，profeioalqualitygingsoibility，craftsmanshispirit，andegieeringethic”isonstructed.Meanhileelementsofoursedeologialeducatinaeteat edtoestablishanengineringmanagementmaster'scourseideologicaleducatiomodelthatiscoupledwith“professionalcore competence-course ideological elements”.From dimensionssuchasthereconstructionoftalentcultivation goals，thereshaping of professionalcorecoursesystems，theestablishmentofacourseideologicalelement database，andtheimprovementofprofesion alcourseevaluationmodels，acompletecourseideologicaleducationplanformaster’sdegree studentsinengineeringmanagement is constructed.Tisimstohancethequalityfengineering management master'sdgree sudentsandcultivatetemintoengineering management talents who can meet the needs of society and have innovation capabilities.
