Abstract： As a key element in transmiting Chinese culture and ideas，the translation qualityofculture-loaded words directly affectsthereadabilityanddissemiatioeectofthetranslatedtextBasedonteteoreticalfoundationofEotranslatologytis papersystematicallanalyzes theEnglishtranslationstrategiesofculture-loaded wordsinXiJinping：TheGovernanceofChina IV Thepaperdelvesintohowtranslatorsstrivetoconveytherichinformationcariedbythese words tothetargetaudienceas muchas possible fromthethreedimensionsoflanguage，culture，andcommunication，therebyachieving effectiveculturaldissemination.
