Abstract: Taking the teaching ofcorporate finance as an example,combined with online and ofline teaching,formative curriculumassessment,integatiofsieneadducatioandccuideologicalndpoliticalonstructin,tisperputsfor ward comprehensive suggestions onthe teaching reform ofcorporate finance fromtheaspectsofcurriculumreform,teachingresource construction, teachingmethods and evaluation methods.
