Research on the Synergistic Mechanism for Resolving Conflicts in Acquaintance Societies from the Perspective of the “Fengqiao Experience”

Abstract：The working principleof the“FengqiaoExperience”is“relying onthe mases，notescalatingconflicts，andresolvingthemlocally”，andthespirititembodieshassignificantvalueforadjustingthecurrentconflictresolutionmechanisms. Withthetransformationofsocialstructures，theexistingconflictresolutionmodelsareincreasinglyunabletometthedemandsof reality.Fromteperspetieof teoperatioalulesofacquaintancesocieties，econflictresolutionmechanismmustadetoits unique internal requirements.The formationofconflicts inacquaintance societies hasdep-seatedcauses，andtheirresolution mechanisms encompassmultiple elements：notonlythe crucial role played by grasroots organizations but also various forms of public participation，aswellasemotionalcommunicationandtrust rebuilding.Theseelementsarenotonlytheintrisicrquirementsforresolvingconflictsbutalsothefoundationformaintainingthesocialrelationshipnetworksinacquaintancesocieties. Theireffectiveintegrationisconducivetotheestablishmentofaconflictresolutionmechanismsuitableforacquaintancesocieties， and on this basis， it can also promote the healthy development of society.
