Abstract: Withtherapid developmentofmobileInteretera,thetraditionalfans havetransformedinto“fan group”withperfectorganizatioalstructure.Getigidofloneline,tenedofidentityandtheimpetusofcapitalandtechnologyleadtothepopularityof“fangroup”.Inrecentyears,the“fangroup”hasshownasignificantransformationfromself-entertainmentinterallyto participationinsociety whichhasaroused publicconcem.Due to factorssuchasshallowthinkingcausedbythepopularityof “fan group”language,frequentconflictscausedbyquasi politicization,self-empowerment offans“fan group”exposes many incidentsthattouchpublicorderandgoodcustoms.Inordertoeffectivelygudetheyouthandpreventpotentialanomiebeaviors, it is necessaytobeoenandtolerant,guidefanspositivelymplementeducationonbothsdesbyembeddngidols,egulateapital and disseminate mainstream ideas.
