Analysis of the Trend of Alumni Work ResearchatHomeandAbroad

Abstract：Inorder to clarify the development ofalumni work research，and tohelp scholars beter understand the hot spotsand cuting-edge trends of alumni work research at homeand abroad，CiteSpace software is used to analyze alumni work research from 1995 to 2023.It finds that there are great differences in the overall research on alumni work among domestic and foreign universities，the hot spots of research on alumni work are diversified，and the field of research onalumni work needs to be further expanded.It is suggested to atach importance to the research on alumni work and improve the cooperative research mechanism; expand the research topics to focus on the physical and mental health of alumni and how to serve the lifelong development of alumni; widely understand the matching degree between the education received by alumni and social needs from the perspective of strengthening the interaction between universities and alumni and feeding back to the teaching reform of schools.It is predicted that future research on alumni work will be further promoted from the following dimensions： the digital and intelligent transformation of alumni work; improving the collaborative mechanism for alumni to participate in education; promoting the innovative development of alumni economy.
