Abstract：There aresignificant diferences in clinical manifestations between pigs infected with African swine fevergenotypeIand genotype II strains.Inaddition toensuring biological safetyonadailybasis，the testing planof thebreeding farmalsoneeds tobeadjustedacording tothecharacteristicsof the virusto ensure that therisks present on sitecanbe detectedasearlyas possible.Areasonable detectionand prevention plan is crucial for the clinical prevention and controlof African swine fever.The author will brieflydiscuss some ideas forclinical testing strategies basedonthecharacteristics of genotypeIstrains，inorder to provide reference for the scientific preventionand control of African swine fever.
