鸽源大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析

Abstract:Toinvestigate theprevalenceand drugresistanceofEscherichiacoli(E.coli)inapigeon farm in Guangdong,E.coliwasisolatedandidentifiedfromtherectalcontentsof deadpigeonsinthisstudy,conducted antibiotic susceptibility tests onthe isolates using agar dilution method,andalsodetectedthedrug resistancegenesof theisolates using PCR.The resultsshowed that 120 E .coli strainswereisolated from 15O samples.The antibiotic susceptibilitytestsshowedthattheisolates wereresistanttoCiprofloxacin,Ampicilin,ndotherantibioticstovarying degres.Of the 12O isolates,74 strains had multiple drug resistance.The PCR detection revealed thatthe isolates with drug resistance phenotypecarried 6resistance genes,including qnrS、blarEm、blacrx-mblaVIMaaC4 and sul1.These resultsindicated thatthe isolates areresistant to13 antibiotics to varying degrees,with mostofthem having multiple resistance.Moreover,the isolatescarry multiple resistancegenes.Thisstudycould providereference for the prevalence,antibiotic resistance status and clinical rational drug use of pigeon-source E .coli in Guangdong Province.
