Abstract：Asa Gram-positive probiotic capable of producing short-chain fatty acidssuch as butyric acid and acetic acid，Clostridium butyricum has shown significantpotential inimproving feedutilization，promoting digestion andabsorption，supportinggrowth anddevelopment，improving intestinalhealth，andenhancingantioxidantcapacity and immunity.Thispaper providesacomprehensive review of the application of Clostridiumbutyricum in livestock， poultry，andaquaculture，focusingonitseffectsonanimal growth，immunity，antioxidantcapacity，and intestinal health in order to provide a theoretical basis for practical production.
