新能源汽车用高强韧6061铝型材的生产工艺研究

Abstract:Inorder to meet the lightweight and safety requirements of new energyvehicles,this paper studies the production processof 6O61 aluminum profile with high strength and toughness for new energyvehicles,including aly chemicalcomposition,melting,castingandhomogenizationof aluminum bars,extrusion,aging,microstructure and mechanical propertiesofaluminumprofiles.Theresultsshowthatonthe basisofoptimizing thecompositionof aluminumalloy,thepurificationof aluminumalloyliquidisimproved byfurnaceinjectionrefiningandonline degasing andfiltrationoutside the furnace.Thealuminum profilewith fineanduniformgrains isobtainedby controllingrecrystallzation.Theuniformityandstabilityofmicrostructureandpropertiesofaluminumprofilesare improvedbyisothermal extrusion.Theaverage tensilestrengthof thealuminum profileis343.6MPa,theaverageyield strength is 304.3MPa ,and the average elongation is 15.9%
