轻量化铝合金型材底板和水冷板电池包下箱体关键生产制造流程与工艺研究

Abstract:To meet the requirements for dimensional accuracy and sealing performance of the lower case of battery packs inpure electricvehicles,thisstudy investigates theproduction proceses and technologiesforthelower caseof batterypacks featuring lightweight aluminum ally profile botom plates and water-cooled plates.For the case with a profile botom plate,processes such as frictionstir welding,integrated CNC machining,welding offrames and bottomplates,overall assemblymachining,andairtightness testing areelaborated;forthecase witha water-cooled plate,technologies including brazingof water-coled platesand weldingofframeassembliesareanalyzed.By optimizing welding heat inputand adopting integrated machining andautomation technologies,thequalified rateof product dimensions has been increased to 98.3% ,thesealing failureratehasbeenreduced to 4.4% ,andtheoverall production cycle time has been improved by 13%
