Abstract：Anin-depthanalysisof theelectrophoresisdeformationphenomenonof the frontcover isconducted， anditscauses，influencingfactors，and control measuresare explored.Theresearch results show that the electrophoresis deformation is mainly caused by multiple factors such as the curing oven process，the electrophoresis tank process，the support method of the support rods，the edge wrapping process，single-sided spot welding，edge foldingadhesive，fixtures，and the front cover hinges.By controling thecuring oven process，inspecting thesupport rods，and standardizing thequalityevaluationof single-sided spot welding，theelectrophoresisdeformation canbe effectively reduced，thereby improving product quality and appearance consistency.
