ICP-AES法和X射线荧光光谱法测定原生镁锭中杂质元素的含量

Abstract:To ensure the purity during thealuminum aloy alloying process,it is necessary tocontrol the impurity contentinprimaryallyingots.Thecontentsofsilicon,iron,copper,aluminum,manganese,andnickelimpuritiesin primary magnesium ingotsare determined using Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emision Spectrometry (ICP-AES) andX-Ray Fluorescence spectrometry (XRF).For ICP-AES,samplesare dissolvedwith hydrogen peroxidehydrochloricacid,andthespectral linesareoptimizedalong withthematrix-matching method,achievingadetection limitof 0.000 01%~0.00027%,a spike recovery rate of 92%~102% ,anda repeatabilityRSD of <2.3% . For XRF, the optimal analysis conditions are determined,with a detection range of 0.000 1% ~0.100 O%and arepeatabilityRSD of ⩽ 3.1% .Theresultsindicate thatboth methodsexhibit goodaccuracyandrepeatability,withICP-AESofering higher sensitivity, while XRF is more suitable for rapid and non-destructive testing.
