变速器噪声控制技术研究综述

Abstract:Transmision noise directly influences thecomfort of the entire vehicle.This paper reviews the existing transmissionnoisecontrol techniques,and introduces the mechanismand transmisionpath of high-frequency whine noise,mid-frequency clashingnoise and low-frequency vibration noise according to thenoise frequency characteristics.Research shows that optimizing the transmisson housing structure andapplying sound-absorbing materialscanreduce theradiationof whine noise.Micro-texturing of gears is effcient and cost-effective for improving gearwhinenoise,and is expected tobea futureresearch hotspot.Adjusting torsionalcharacteristicparametersand reasonably increasingthe drag torque of idlergearscan efectivelysuppressclashing noise.Theinfluenceof temperatureongear deformation needs tobeconsidered in future studies.The dual-mass flywheel performs well in controlling enginespeed fluctuations,and future research can focus on improving the design of thedual-mas flywheel andoptimizing the engine calibration program.Changing thenatural frequencyof the housingand optimizing gear parameters are effctive approaches toreduce vibration noise,however,thereare fewer methodscontrollingoil pump and strapvibrationnoise,andthe influence of lubricating oil onvibrationnoise should also beconsidered.The applicationoffuture high-efciencyand high-precision transmissonnoisecontroltechnologies willrelyonthesupport of intelligent optimization algorithms.
