Innovative Development Path of Chinese-Characteristic Apprenticeship

in the Digital Age

Abstract: Cultivating high-quality skilled talents with proficient technical skills and knowledge of craftsmanship is essential to meet the demands of the digital age. The Chinese-characteristic apprenticeship system faces challenges such as inadequate legal protection, superficial resource matching, and room for improvement in training quality. It is recommended to strengthen top-level design, deepen school-enterprise cooperation, establish training bases, and strengthen the "double tutor" team to drive talent cultivation through innovation and contribute to the country's digital transformation.
