Abstract： In the information age， Internet technology provides new avenues for students to develop their values. Establishing morality and cultivating talents is the theme of the times. Colleges and universities need to leverage Internet technology to enhance learning efficiency， foster moral qualities， and nurture new talents who are both virtuous and talented. This paper explores the importance of this approach， analyzes influencing factors， and explores innovative strategies to harness the power of the Internet and promote the development of moral education for college students.
