产教融合视阈下大数据与会计专业职业精神和技能融合培养研究
摘要:职业精神与技能融合培养是培育复合型人才的关键。在产教融合背景下,大数据与会计专业融合培养对人才成长、院校建设及行业可持续发展至关重要。研究此模式,提出增强渗透效果、聚焦教学、强化师资、完善评价等路径,为院校提供融合培养参考。

Research on the Integrated Cultivation of Professional Ethos and Skills in Big Data and Accounting under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract: The integrated cultivation of professional ethos and skills is crucial for cultivating compound talents. Under the background of industry-education integration, the integrated cultivation of big data and accounting majors is of vital importance to talent growth, institutional construction, and sustainable development of the industry. This study explores this model and proposes approaches such as enhancing penetration effects, focusing on teaching, strengthening teacher resources, and improving evaluation mechanisms, providing a reference for institutions in their integrated cultivation efforts.
