摘要:高速铁路灾害监测系统是保证高速列车运营安全的重要装备之一。该文基于中国高速铁路灾害监测系统建设现状,分析了国外灾害监测系统建设情况和技术水平,阐述了中国高速铁路灾害监测系统的发展历程、技术标准体系、关键技术等内容,探讨了系统当前存在的问题,提出了发展方向和技术创新建议。

Research on the Development of High Speed Railway Disaster Monitoring System Technology

Abstract: The high-speed railway disaster monitoring system is one of the important equipment to ensure the safe operation of high-speed trains. This article is based on the current situation of China's high-speed railway disaster monitoring system construction, analyzes the construction and technical level of foreign disaster monitoring systems, elaborates on the development history, technical standard system, key technologies, and other contents of China's high-speed railway disaster monitoring system, explores the current problems of the system, and proposes development directions and technical innovation suggestions.

0 引言
自2009年底武广高速铁路客运专线开通,我国铁路发展步入高速铁路时代,为确保高速列车的安全、稳定运行,铁路灾害监测防护部门广泛深入开展关键技术研究,逐步形成了符合我国高速铁路运营需求的高速铁路灾害监测系统(全称:高速铁路自然灾害及异物侵限监测系统)[1]。(剩余3332字)
