安全无线环境下的智能拧紧系统研究

摘要:针对智能拧紧系统无线传输难题,本研究成功研发了安全无线拧紧控制系统,攻克了适配器、控制终端和接收模块设计,建立了与上游系统的通信链路,确保任务与数据的安全无线传输。这一成果为制造企业带来新思路和技术支持,提升了生产效率与信息安全水平。

Research on Intelligent Tightening System in Secure Wireless Environment

Abstract: In response to the challenge of wireless transmission in intelligent tightening systems, This research successfully developed a safe wireless tightening control system, overcoming the design of adapters, control terminals, and receiving modules, and establishing a communication link with upstream systems to ensure secure wireless transmission of tasks and data. This achievement brings new ideas and technical support to manufacturing enterprises, enhancing production efficiency and information security levels.
