Abstract： This article aims to introduce the basic concepts and background of OA software and file management， and elaborates on the application of OA software in file management. Through the application of data storage， system security， and other aspects， it can significantly improve the efficiency and quality of file management， and ensure the security and integrity of files. This article analyzes and summarizes the application of OA software in archives management， and proposes future research directions and suggestions.
