摘要：文章通过对DIP付费模式的研究，分析ICD编码质量对于医疗费用结算成本的影响，基于降低医疗费用结算成本、推动医保支付制度改革的目的，阐述加强ICD编码质量控制的重要性和有效措施，仅供参考和借鉴。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the impact of ICD coding quality on the settlement cost of medical expenses. Based on the purpose of reducing the settlement cost of medical expenses and promoting the reform of the medical insurance payment system， it expounds the importance and effective measures of strengthening the quality control of ICD coding， for reference only.
