非规则叶片点云精准定位方法

摘要:文章基于Siemens NX平台,从创建叶片中心平面、坐标系中心点、坐标系X方向、建立和对齐坐标系等方面进行了详细阐述,并提出了一种全新的坐标系创建思路,即“坐标平面→坐标系中心点→坐标系单个轴线方向→建立坐标系→对齐坐标系”。通过对坐标系位置进行验证,表明该方法能实现叶片的精准定位。

Accurate Positioning Method for Irregular Leaf Point Cloud

Abstract: This article is based on the Siemens NX platform and elaborates in detail on creating the blade center plane, coordinate system center point, coordinate system X direction, establishing and aligning coordinate systems, and proposes a new idea for creating coordinate systems, which is "coordinate plane→coordinate system center point→coordinate system single axis direction→establishing coordinate system→aligning coordinate system", By verifying the position of the coordinate system, the results show that this method can achieve precise positioning of the blades.
