Practice on the Installation and Commissioning of Zhenjiang Zhongfoma EX Series Refiner

Abstract：Todiscussthe technical pointsand practical experience in the installtion and commissioning of Zhongfoma EX series refiners，and to provide reference for instalation and commissioning personnel and manufacturers，this paper adopts the method of technical analysis and practical summary.Itintroduces the technical requirements and main steps forthe installation and commissioningofthisseries ofrefiners，the installation suggestions for the lubrication system and the sealed water system，as wellas the adjustment methods and requirements for precision. It also expounds the key points of the startup and commisioning links such as idling operation，preheating of therefining system，and material-running operation.The research results show that follwing the technical requirements and steps in this paper forinstallation and commissioningcan ensure the installtionaccuracyandoperation stabilityof the refiner，and provide support for its high-quality production and operation.
