Abstract: With the advancement of agricultural modernization and the increasing scarcityof land resources,the applicationoffarmland stone-returning technology is in growing demand in complex geological areas such as hilly and mountainous regions in China.To addressthe issues of reduced farmland productivityand cultivation difculties caused by stones in the soil,this study independently designedand conducted simulation research on the crushing device of a farmland stone crusher.The focus was on designing a rotor structure embedded with cuting tools,analyzingthe motion trajectoryand installation angleof the tools,and proposing arational toolarrangementscheme to ensurethatthe crushed stone particle sizedoes not exced 2O mm while effectively controling stone splashing.Through theoretical calculations and MATLAB iterative analysis, the reasonable range for the angle α between the cutting tool and the motion tangent was determined to be 36∘~62∘ ,with α=57∘ ultimately selected to balance cuting resistance and throwing effct.Kinematic simulations of a single cuting tool were performed using Adams software,simulating crushingresistance,friction,and rotor stressThe results showed that the maximum crushing resistance reached8,300 N, the maximum travel direction resistance was 9,700N , and the maximum moment of the rotating pair was 5,510 N.The findings provide atheoretical basis and technical referencefor the optimized design and enginering application of farmland stone crushers.
