Research on the Preparation Equipment for Lightweight Super-strong Particleboard Shavings

Abstract：Taking the BX4616/6 double-action knife ring （double-drum）planerof Zhenjiang Zhongfuma Machinery Co.，Ltd.as an example，it elaboratesonits structural composition，working process，optimized design，and its significant effects in improving shaving qualification rate and morphological stability.Through systematic experimental analysis，the efectivenessof the optimized design was verified，andtheapplicationprospectof lightweight and super -strong particleboard was prospected.
