Abstract:Withthe problemof global desertificationbecoming increasinglyserious,desertificationcontrolhas ttracted widespread attention.Sandbarier laying machines,as keyequipmentfordesertification control,their performance optimization is of particular significance.This paper conducts an in-depth studyon the hydraulic system design of the self-propelled Salix horizontalsand barrier laying machine and carries out detailed simulationanalysis with the help of simulation software.The research results show that theoperating efciency and stabilityof the sand barrer laying machine can be significantly improved through the carefully designed hydraulic system.The paper elaborates on the design principles,composition and parameters of the hydraulic system,and verifies the dynamic and steadystatecharacteristics of the system through the simulation model.The feasibilityof the simulationresults is verified by actual laying tests.Afteroptimization,theenergy consumption eficiencyand operation accuracy of the hydraulic systemare further improved.Thisstudynotonlyprovidestheoretical supportforthe designofself-propelledSalix horizontal sand barrier laying machines,but also provides eficient and reliable mechanical equipment for desertification control.
