机器视觉技术在实木加工领域的应用分析

Abstract:This paper analyzes the status of solid wood procesing field,the future development trend and the problems faced in the processof solid wood processing.In view of the core problems of the current solid wood processing, such as low yieldrate,insufficient processing eficiencyand strong artificial dependence,machine vision technology is proposed to identify wood defects,bark,color and other characteristics,and combine computer sawing road planning.And with the equipment of movable multi-blade rip saws,CNC crosscut saw,sorting and conveying line,it can realize the automatic operationof wood trimming,defecting,sorting and other processes.Therefore,the influence of human factors is eliminated inmanykey nodes,andthe production eficiency,yield rate and accuracyof solid wood processing are improved.
