热空气热处理对无机浸渍杨木与桦木物理性能的影响

Abstract:Poplarand birch materials were subjected to impregnationmodification treatment with silicaas themain component,and then the impregnated materialswere heat-treated at 1409C , , 180‰ for 2h , 3h ,and4h respectively.The efectof heattreatmentonthephysical propertiesof theoriginal materialsand impregnated materials wasinvestigated. The results show that: (1) Compared withthe impregnated materials,the air-drydensity,oven-dry density,and basic densityof modified poplar and birch materials decrease with the increase of heat treatment temperature and time;(2)The drying shrinkage rates of impregnated poplar,impregnated birch,heat-treated impregnated poplar,and heat-treated impregnated birch areallower than thoseof theoriginal materials;compared withthe impregnated materials,the drying shrinkage rates of modifiedpoplar and birch materials decrease with the increase of heat treatment temperature and time;(3)The hygroscopic expansion rates of impregnated poplar,impregnated birch,heat-treated impregnated poplar,and heat-treated impregnated birchare allowerthanthoseof the original materials;compared with the impregnated materials,the hygroscopic expansionrates of modified poplar and birch materials decrease with the increase of heat treatment temperature and time;(4) Compared with the impregnated materials,the lightnessof heat-treated impregnated materials decreasesand the color diference increases with the increase of heat treatment temperature and time;(5)The effect of heat treatment temperatureon the physical propertiesof wood is greater than thatofheat treatmenttime,andthe physical propertiesofthe impregnated materials heat-treated at 180% for 4h are better.
